Valdez Senior Center, Inc.
Since 1981, the Valdez Senior Center has offered a range of services and programs. The center is committed to serving the community, bringing generations together, and being a trusted resource for Valdez.
Our Mission is to serve as community support for the seniors of Valdez, while enhancing their quality of life through care and services.
The Valdez Senior Center has 15 apartment units for independent living seniors. Each unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room. The center has two laundry facilities on site for residents.
For visitors, VSC has our dining room which allows for our community to connect for congregate lunches, crafting, gaming, exercise, activities and more!

Personal Care Services
Services are available for those that are eligible and meet the requirements for the State of Alaska’s Consumer - directed Personal Care Services Program. Services will be provided in your home by a Personal Care Assistant with the Valdez Senior Center, Inc.
ACTIVITIES
Whatever your interests, or abilities, you can enjoy some activities that make you laugh, lose track of time, or feel like a goofy kid at heart.
VSC has plenty of activities that cost little to no money.
